The down-conversion mixer comprises an input trans-conductance unit, a switching unit, a current injection unit, a cross-coupled active load unit and a tail current source unit, wherein the tail current source unit provides DC bias for the input trans-conductance unit based on a current mirror structure; the input trans-conductance unit converts an RF voltage signal into an RF current signal, improves a circuit equivalent trans-conductance value to increase gain by utilizing a cross-coupled trans-conductance enhancement technology, and additionally arranges an LC resonant loop between two branch circuits of the input trans-conductance unit to reduce flicker noise; the switching unit modulates the RF current signal output by the input trans-conductance unit by means of current commutation; the cross-coupled active load unit takes a PMOS tube cross-coupled pair as output load; and a differential IF output voltage signal is output between the switching unit and the cross-coupled active load unit.
