The invention relates to a carbon steel anti-corrosion process, characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) carrying out sandblasting and rust removing on the surface of a carbon steel base layer; (2) after the rust removing, coating the surface of the carbon steel base layer with primer; (3) coating the surface of the primer with vinyl ester resin as a leveling layer; (4) arranging a layer of chopped strand mat on the leveling layer, then coating with vinyl ester resin, removing air bubbles, compacting to enable the vinyl ester resin to fully impregnate the chopped strand mat, and repeating for several times to obtain a semi-finished product; (5) arranging a layer of surface mat on the semi-finished product obtained in step (4), then coating vinyl ester resin, and enabling the vinyl ester resin to sufficiently impregnate the surface mat ; (6) then coating with vinyl ester resin mixed with liquid wax as a cover layer, wherein the weight ratio of the vinyl ester resin to the liquid wax is 100 to 4.
