Abstract

The raw materials comprise pig iron, waste steel, silicon iron, ferromanganese iron, chromium iron, copper powder, molybdenum powder, nickel powder, silicon carbide, a nodulizing agent and stearic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the pig iron, the waste steel, the chromium iron, the ferromanganese iron and the silicon iron into an electric induction furnace for smelting, removing smelting slag on the iron liquid surface, adding the copper powder, the molybdenum powder and the nickel powder, and continuously smelting so as to obtain mixed molten iron; adding the nodulizing agent and silicon carbide into the mixed molten iron, and molding by casting; and finally, performing heat treatment on the obtained mold, thereby obtaining the heat-resistant nodular cast iron mold material.
