Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: carrying out pretreatment on an ordinary steel material and a wear-resistant steel material to be compounded, and then coating each of the surface of the ordinary steel material and the surface of the wear-resistant steel material with a layer of coating material, wherein the coating material comprises, by weight, 40-50 parts of lubricant base oil, 5-10 parts of rosin ester, 15-20 parts of cow leather cream, 5-10 parts of boric acid, 1-5 parts of gelatin and 5-10 parts of silicon dioxide; aligning and stacking the common steel material and the wear-resistant steel material together in the up-down vertical, and carrying out vacuum pumping and electron beam welding; then putting the common steel material and the wear-resistant steel material into a heating furnace for heating treatment; and carrying out rolling and off-line heat treatment afterwards.
