An organic matter which is synthesized by monounsaturated fatty acid, fatty diacid and alkylol amine is introduced and used as a foam elimination and inhibition synergist E and is compounded with glycerin polyether M and linear or branched fatty alcohol polyether N with the carbon atom number of 10 to 20, wherein the organic matter foam elimination and inhibition synergist E can be used for improving the dispersion effect of polyether, so that the polyether can be dispersed into a system better; meanwhile, the dosage of the monounsaturated fatty acid is improved in a synthesis process of the organic matter so that the foam inhibition effect of the organic matter is improved. The defoaming agent has a good foam elimination and inhibition effect in a landfill leachate treatment process; meanwhile, the dispersity of the defoaming agent in the landfill leachate is finally improved; in an application process, the blocking of a terminal filtering membrane is not caused and the treatment efficiency of the landfill leachate is greatly improved.
