Embodiment 1

[0074] Embodiment 1: find metal particle and impurity in GIS tank

[0075] There are impurities and metal particles in the GIS tank of a 220kV substation, resulting in suspended discharge inside the tank. Adopt detection system of the present invention to detect, successfully discover and solve above-mentioned GIS discharge problem, as Figure 6 shown.

Embodiment 2

[0076] Example 2: Analysis of suspected discharge failure of a PT gas chamber

[0077] Collect on-site ultra-high frequency, high-frequency current and ultrasonic signals of a PT gas chamber, place the UHF sensor at the inspection window of a PT gas chamber insulator, bond the ultrasonic sensor to the outer surface of the cavity, and set the high-frequency current sensor on the GIS ground line, so that the discharge signal waveform can be collected. In the process of ultrasonic detection of the PT air chamber of a combined electrical interval line, PD spectra with irregular and unequal amplitudes were detected, such as Figure 7 As shown in , while in UHF detection, it is found that the spectrum is stable and there is no abnormal signal, such as Figure 8 shown.

[0078] According to the above characteristics, the test personnel further re-examined the PT gas chamber. After the re-examination, it was found that the ground wire of the gas chamber vibrated more seriously, whic...

Embodiment 3

[0079] Example 3: Partial discharge fault in a gas chamber of an isolating switch

[0080] Collect on-site ultra-high frequency, high-frequency current and ultrasonic signals of a gas chamber of a disconnector, place the UHF sensor at the inspection window of the gas chamber insulator of a disconnector, bond the ultrasonic sensor to the outer surface of the cavity, and place the high-frequency current sensor It is installed at the GIS ground wire, so that the discharge signal waveform can be collected. An abnormal signal was found in the ultrasonic detection of the isolating switch air chamber of a combined electrical appliance, showing obvious phase correlation, and the 50Hz correlation was significantly greater than the 100Hz correlation, such as Figure 9 shown. Using UHF detection also found abnormal spikes. Compared with typical partial discharge characteristic signals, it is found that the signal has more obvious characteristics of fixed metal suspended discharge signa...

Abstract

The invention relates to a GIS acoustic electric combined partial discharge simulation detection system. The system comprises an information acquisition module, an information fusion module and a PD fault positioning module. An output terminal of the information acquisition module is connected to an input terminal of the information fusion module. An output terminal of the information fusion module is connected to the PD fault positioning module. In the invention, an acoustic electric combined positioning detection method is used; an arrival time difference is used and a BP neural network is combined to fuse data results of an ultrasonic wave and a super-high frequency; and the partial discharge simulation detection system is constructed so as to realize GIS discharge position positioning.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power equipment, in particular to a GIS acoustic-electric combined partial discharge simulation detection system and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] Partial Discharge (PD) refers to the discharge phenomenon that occurs between electrodes but does not penetrate through them. The cumulative effect of partial discharge will continuously degrade the dielectric properties of insulating materials, eventually leading to the occurrence of insulation breakdown accidents. Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) is an important equipment for transmitting electric energy in the power system. It has high power supply reliability and has been widely used in 110kV and 220kV substation equipment. However, the problem of partial discharge in GIS has always been prominent in actual operation. The main factors that cause partial discharge are free metal particles inside the equipment, burr protrusions on ...
