Abstract

The invention discloses a forming process of a PVC wood-plastic foaming building material. The forming process comprises the following steps: (1) fully and uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 2-4 parts of a composite stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a lubricant, 0.2-0.4 parts of an AC foaming agent, 5.0-6.0 parts of an ACR foaming processing aid, 40.-5.0 parts of a filler, 2-4 parts of a fire retardant, 0.2-0.6 part of a nucleating agent, 5-10 parts of a plasticizer and 20-40 parts of modified straw powder; (2) removing water at high temperature; and (3) placing the material in a double-screw mixing extruder, carrying out extrusion and granulation at the temperature of 170-180 DEG C, and carrying out extrusion forming in a forming machine.
