Abstract

The invention discloses a flow cytometry instrument based on a micro-fluidic technology and a linear array detector. The instrument includes, in a successively connected manner, a micro-fluidic chip, a linear array detector and a data processing apparatus, and includes a light source which is located right above the micro-fluidic chip. A linear main channel is formed inside the micro-fluidic chip, wherein one end of the main channel is provided with a sample inlet while the other end is provided with a sample outlet. The lower surface of the micro-fluidic chip is adhered to the upper surface of the linear array detector. An included angle theta is formed between the main channel and the linear array detector, 0 degree <= theta <= 90 degrees. The flow cytometry instrument mainly combines the cell movement in multiple micro-fluidic channels in the micro-fluidic chip and scanning imaging of a traditional linear array detector, so that compared with a flow cytometry instrument based on an area array detector and the micro-fluidic technology, the flow cytometry instrument can form a cell image in higher resolution ratio, and is more accurate and has higher speed in cell flowing counting.
