The flame-retardant heat-resisting silicone rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw rubber with the vinyl molar content of 0.12%, 30 to 50 parts of fumed silica, 3 to 6 parts of dimethoxydimethylsilane, 3 to 6 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0.2 to 0.6 part of vinyl trimethoxy silane, 0.2 to 0.4 part of stearic acid 1801, 1 to 10 parts of zinc oxide, 20 to 30 parts of decabromodiphenyl ethane and 1 to 2 parts of cerium oxide.
