Abstract

The invention discloses environment-friendly printing ink and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly printing ink is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of pigment, 25-30 parts of a binding agent, 20-30 parts of a diluting agent, 5-10 parts of an anti-skinning agent, 10-15 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of a slipping agent, 5-10 parts of an anti-setoff agent, 1-3 parts of an anti-settling agent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent and 5-10 parts of auxiliary, wherein the auxiliary is potato porous starch; the binding agent is prepared from tricresyl phosphate, glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin, ethyl acetate, epoxy resin, alcohol and dibutyltin dilaurate; the diluting agent is prepared from methylene dichloride, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, glycol ether and oligomerized linseed oil. The printing ink is not harmful for body health of printing workers since raw materials do not contain volatile toxic solvent, and a printing product using the printing ink has high luster, high drying speed and excellent product quality; and the ink does not have phenomena of ink separating or falling, and the printing product has a durable printingeffect.
