Abstract

The invention discloses a Hg2+ measuring method through using an aptamer-regulated nanometer silica activity and absorption spectrum. The method is characterized by comprising: (1) preparing a Hg2+ standard solution system with a known concentration, and measuring the absorbance value A of the system; (2) preparing a blank contrast solution system, and measuring the absorbance value A<0> of the system; (3) calculating [delta]A=A-A<0>; (4) making a working curve of the relation between [dela]A and the Hg2+ concentration; (5) preparing a to-be-tested sample solution, measuring the absorbance value A<sample>, and calculating [dela]A<sample>= A<sample>-A<0>; and (6) calculating the Hg2+ content of the sample solution according to the working curve obtained in the step (4). Compared with a method in the prior art, the method doesn't require a complex process of building an aptamer nanoprobe, and is simple and fast.
