Embodiment 1

[0033] This embodiment provides a new process for extracting sterol esters from vegetable oil deodorization distillates, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0034] Step 1. The vegetable oil deodorization distillate undergoes methyl esterification reaction, vacuum dehydration, and then converts triglyceride into fatty acid and glycerin under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide.

[0035] Step 2. Methyl esterification of the fatty acid to obtain an esterification solution, washing the esterification solution with water until the pH value is 6-7, cooling down to crystallize, filtering to separate the sterols to obtain a filtrate.

[0036] Step 3, passing the 2Kg filtrate through a first-stage thin-film evaporation system and a fifth-stage short-path distillation system to obtain sterol esters. The operating parameters of the first-stage thin-film evaporation system and the five-stage short-path distillation system are as follows.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction of sterols from residual oil in natural vitamin E production process, and more specifically relates to a novel method used for extracting sterol esters from plant oil deodorization distillates. According to the novel method, obtained esterified liquid is subjected to cooling cold separation crystallization, and filtering separating so as to obtain sterols and a filtrate; the filtrate is delivered through a first grade thin film evaporation system and a five grade short distance distillation system so as to obtain sterol esters; the sterol esters and methanol are subjected to ester exchange, pH value is adjusted, and water washing and crystallization are carried out so as to obtain the sterol esters. In the novel method, the first grade thin film evaporation system and the five grade short distance distillation system are adopted, distillation of sterol esters and free sterols is realized, materials for a second time of ester exchange are reduced by 70%, the using amount of the accessory materials is reduced correspondingly, production cost and waste water discharge are reduced, and the content of the obtained sterols is capable of reaching 95% or higher.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of production technology for extracting sterols from residue oil in the natural vitamin E production process, in particular to a new technology for extracting sterol esters from vegetable oil deodorized distillates. Background technique [0002] During the production of phytosterols and natural vitamin E, the deodorized distillate produced in the refining process of soybean oil (DD oil for short) is used as raw material. DD oil contains 5-10wt% VE, 6-12wt% sterols, 30-68wt% % fatty acid, 10wt% glycerin, and 10wt% some other ingredients. [0003] The traditional process is that DD oil is firstly methylated with methanol under the catalysis of concentrated sulfuric acid, and after the reaction is completed, the generated water, excess methanol and concentrated sulfuric acid are washed away. After vacuum dehydration, under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide, the triglyceride is converted into fatty acid and gly...
