Abstract

The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) cleaning a basalt fabric surface impregnating agent; (2) modifying the basalt fabric surface: pretreating the basalt fabric surface with a coupling agent; (3) preparing a polylactic acid prepreg; (4) preparing a basalt fabric and polylactic acid composite material. The composite material obtained by the invention has relatively excellent mechanical properties, greatly improvement on tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength, and a reinforcing effect; the composite material has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and environmental protection, overcomes the defects of poor mechanical properties and environmental pollution of the traditional polymer, and has broad market application prospects.
