Problems solved by technology

The common method of prevention and control of clam wood diseases and insect pests is spraying with a high-pressure water gun using a tube, using conventional chemicals; and clam wood with higher altitudes are generally located in mountainous areas. Due to the high terrain and difficulty in getting water, it is generally not controlled
The conventional control method pulls the pipe to drain the water from the bottom of the mountain, and then sprays it with medicine. The utilization rate of the active ingredients is low, and it is easy to cause environmental pollution and human poisoning. Most of them are not controlled.
Therefore, clam wood is damaged by diseases and insects all the year round, and the loss is serious.

Embodiment 1

[0018] The preparation method of embodiment 1 lemongrass extract

[0019] Dry the collected or purchased lemongrass in the shade at room temperature, extract by percolation, the ratio of material to water is 1:8~10, after 5~7 days, recover the filtrate, and concentrate it to an extract with a relative density of 1.10~1.12 at 20°C; Then add ethanol with a volume fraction of more than 85%, reflux extraction for 2 to 3 times, recover the filtrate, and concentrate to obtain an extract with a relative density of 1.16 to 1.18, that is, lemongrass extract.

[0020] Lemongrass extract 0.55~0.8%, γ-polyglutamic acid 0.05~0.25%, nano-carbon 1~3%, formamide 15~18%, and purified water make up 100%

Embodiment 2

[0021] Embodiment 2 The formula 1 of injection drying agent

[0022] Lemongrass extract 0.55%, γ-polyglutamic acid 0.05%, nano-carbon 1%, formamide 15% and purified water make up 100%.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Embodiment 3 The formula 2 of injection drying agent

[0024] Lemongrass extract 0.8%, γ-polyglutamic acid 0.25%, nano-carbon 3%, formamide 18% and purified water make up 100%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a tree trunk injection agent for preventing and controlling diseases and insect pests of excentrodendron hsienmu, wherein the tree trunk injection agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.55-0.8% of lemon grass extract, 0.05-0.25% of gamma-polyglutamic acid, 1-3% of nano carbon, 15-18% of formamide and the balance of purified water based on100% as a total. The components are mixed and stirred and then dissolved till transparency. The tree trunk injection agent is used in the following way: selecting excentrodendron hsienmu with a diameter greater than 15cm, injecting the tree trunk injection agent at 20-30cm from the base part of the excentrodendron hsienmu stem, and inserting a syringe needle of tree trunk injection agent into thexylem part of the trunk obliquely from top to bottom; after the injection, observing the flow rate of the tree trunk injection agent; after the tree trunk injection agent completely enters the tree body, pulling out the syringe needle, blocking the wound with mud, and letting the wound heal naturally. According to the tree trunk injection agent disclosed by the invention, the tree trunk injectionagent is injected into the excentrodendron hsienmu body through a trunk injection way, the diseases and insect pests are prevented and controlled through conduction of the tree body, and a good effect is realized on anthracnose, leaf beetles and leaf rollers; compared with traditional application way, the trunk injection way saves water and labor and is pollution-free.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of prevention and control of tree diseases and insect pests, and in particular relates to a desiccating agent for preventing and controlling clam wood diseases and insect pests. Background technique [0002] Clam wood, Latin scientific name: Excentrodendron hsienmu (Chun et How) H. T. Chang et R.H. Miau, Tiliaceae, clamwood is an evergreen large tree, endangered species. National secondary protected plants. Distributed in the monsoon forests of tropical limestone mountains at an altitude of 700 to 900 meters in Guangxi and Yunnan, China. The distribution center of this species is in the south of Guangxi, extending westward to the limestone area in southeastern Yunnan, and crossing the Tropic of Cancer to the north, it gradually becomes an occasional species and disappears. In Yuanjiang, it is the northern edge of the distribution of this species, and it is occasionally seen. Young trees are shade-tolerant, and nee...
