Abstract

The thermoplasticelastomer is prepared from thefollowing ingredients in percentage by mass: 10 to 40 percent of SEBS, 5 to 25 percent of white oil, 5 to 25 percent of polypropylene, 10 to 30 percent of modified polyphenylether, 15 to 30 percent ofphosphorus-nitrogenous flame retardants, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of first antioxidants and 0.2 to 1.0 percent of first lubricating agents; the modified polyphenylether is prepared from polyphenylether, polypropylene, SEBS, white oil, second antioxidants and second lubricating agents through mixing according to the mass ratio of 1:(0.5 to 3):(0.5 to 3):(0.2 to 2):(0.01 to 0.05):(0.01 to 0.05). The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing modified polyphenylether and oil-filled SEBS, and then mixing the ingredients for preparation.
