The particle size of the erucyl amide in the emulsion ranges from 0.1 to 1 mu m, and the emulsion is uniform in dispersion, even and stable, has excellent smoothness and lubrication performance when being used as a smooth agent for water-based ink and a lubrication agent for a water-based paint, and can be used for producing high-end leather. According to the preparation method of the water-based erucyl amide emulsion provided by the invention, a process is adjusted, the produced water-based erucyl amide emulsion is small in viscosity during aproduction process, and the water-based erucyl amide emulsion with the ground erucyl amide reaching a micrometer scale and even a nanoscale can be obtained favorably.
