Embodiment 1

[0025] (1) Preparation of novel plasticizer:

[0026] 272 g of pentaerythritol and 351 g of levulinic acid were stirred and mixed. The mixture was slowly heated to 90° C., and when the mixture melted, 0.46 g of an esterification catalyst QS-6 (Nanjing Qianran Chemical Co., Ltd.) was added to the mixture. The mixture was further heated to 180°C for 3 hours. The mixture was depressurized with a vacuum pump to remove generated water and unreacted excess levulinic acid by evaporation. After the mixture had cooled to temperature, 182 g of ethylene glycol and 30 mL of cyclohexane were added and the reaction was continued at 80° C. for 3 hours. Wherein, the molar ratio of pentaerythritol: levulinic acid: ethylene glycol is 2:3:3. Finally, cyclohexane was removed by distillation under reduced pressure at 80 °C to obtain the novel plasticizer product.
