By means of the prepared implantable and degradable drug sustained release electronic paster, the complete degradability of the paster is guaranteed; meanwhile, due to the presence of a PI substrate in a transferring process, the paster is protected to a certain degree, and the success rate of paster transferring is increased; the manufacturing process is simple, the preparing method has high repeatability, and the success rate is high.
