The method comprises following steps: (1), 4-vinylpyridine and 1,3-propane sultone are mixed and subjected to a ring-opening reaction, and a monomer containing zwitterions is obtained, wherein the structural formula of the monomer is represented as the formula I in the description; (2), vinyl acetate and the monomer containing the zwitterions and shown as the formula I are dissolved in water, and cerium salt is added for a reaction; (3), hydroxyl-terminated polyether ester polyol and cerium salt are added to a reaction system of the step (3), and a reaction is performed; (5), the reaction system of the step (4) is dried, a hydrolysis reaction is performed, and the hyperbranched crude oil pour point depressant with the inner salt structure is obtained. With adoption of the pour pointdepressant with the inner salt structure, adaptability of the crude oil pour point depressant can be improved, interaction of the pour point depressant and crude oil is increased, and the pour point depressant has higher universality accordingly.
