Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing zinc-rich nutritious eggs. The method comprises the following steps that (1) rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, herba andrographitis, poria cocos, fructus schisandrae chinensis, radix astragali, herba portulacae and zinc-rich corns are respectively dried, smashed, sieved through a sieve of 75-85 mesh, and then uniformly mixed; zinc sulfate, zinc oxide and zinc gluconate are added and uniformly mixed to prepare a zinc-rich nutritional agent; (2) the zinc-rich nutritional agent and chicken feed in the weight ratio of (10-15):100 are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare zinc-rich chicken feed as standby application; (3) the feeding time of the zinc-rich chicken feed is 30-35 days, and chicken feed is fed in the rest of the time. The productionmethod is simple and low in cost, the content of organic zinc in the zinc-rich eggs is obviously higher than the content of organic zinc in ordinary eggs, the zinc supplementation by eating eggs is convenient and quick, and the zinc can be easily absorbed.

Example Embodiment

[0019] Example
[0020] A method for producing zinc-rich nutritious eggs includes the following steps:
[0021] (1) Dry 7 parts of Atractylodes Rhizome, 5 parts of Andrographis paniculata, 3 parts of Poria cocos, 6 parts of Schisandra, 8 parts of Astragalus, 4 parts of Purslane and 21 parts of zinc-rich corn, respectively, dry, pulverize, pass through an 80 mesh sieve, and mix well; 0.8 parts of zinc sulfate, 0.5 parts of zinc oxide, and 0.9 parts of zinc gluconate, mixed uniformly to prepare a zinc-rich nutrient;
[0022] (2) Stir and mix the zinc-rich nutrient with a weight ratio of 13:100 with chicken feed evenly to prepare zinc-rich chicken feed for use;
[0023] (3) The feeding time for zinc-rich chicken feed is 32 days, and chicken feed is used for the rest of the time.
[0024] Wherein, in step (1), the planting of the zinc-rich corn includes the following steps:
[0025] (1) Select yeast selenium content of 2200ppm, add water to dissolve;
[0026] (2) Combine the dissolved yeast selenium and sandy loam into selenium mud;
[0027] (3) After the corn pollination is over, that is, after the corn filament turns from milky white to red, cut the filament and smear the selenium mud.
