Abstract

The synthesis method comprises the following steps: S1, putting 9.23 g of 3-methanol thiophene, 23.2 g of bromotricoronal ether, 2.88 g of tetrabutylammonium bromide and 10.1 g of potassium hydroxide into a three-neck flask, performing stirring reaction at room temperature for 10 hours, adding4.32 g of water, extracting for three times by using diethyl ether, combining extracted liquid, washing the extracted liquid with water for three times, drying by using anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtering and evaporating to remove a solvent, and purifying the crude product by a distillation method to obtain 3-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)]ethoxy methyl thiophene; and S2, synthesizing the target compound 2,5-dibromo-3-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)]ethoxy methyl thiophene.
