Abstract

The invention provides a method, a device for formic acid solvent recycling in metronidazole production and an application thereof. In a metronidazole synthesis process, the recycling of formic acid is realized, and the production cost is saved. In a metronidazole production process, sulfur trioxide consumes water to generate sulfuric acid, the water in formic acid solution is gradually consumed,and the sulfuric acid needed for the metronidazole synthesis is generated. The reduction of the water is beneficial to a follow-up synthetic process of the metronidazole. The device is capable of introducing the sulfur trioxide into an injector by using the injector and mixing with solution, and improving the mixing efficiency. Because of the action of the injector, the sulfuric acid concentrationof liquid at the bottom of a negative pressure tank is greater than the sulfuric acid concentration of the liquid at the top, the liquid at the top is replaced in a storage tank for recycling by using a hose and a floating head, and pumped back by a power pump, thereby the sulfuric acid concentration of the liquid mixed with the sulfur trioxide is the lowest, and beneficial to the high-efficientmixing. Alkaline liquor in a liquid seal tank is used for absorbing an acid gas, and the pollution is prevented.
