Abstract

The special fermented feed for the laying hens is prepared by uniformly mixing fermentation base materials and fermentation micro-organism liquid; the mixture is alternately subjected to aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation to a pH value of4.2-4.7; the fermentation base materials comprise corns, wheat bran, soybean meal, stone powder, calcium dihydrogen phosphate and amylase; and the fermentation micro-organism liquid is prepared by expanding propagation of compound fermentation micro-organism strains of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus acidophilus, pediococcus pentosaceus and saccharomyces cerevisiae. A nutrient-optimized microbial fermentation engineering technology is used to enable calcium and phosphorus required by the laying hens to participate in the fermentation, improves structural properties and material properties ofthe eggshells of the commercial laying hens, thus improves the eggshell quality and reduces an egg breaking rate.
