Abstract

The polyester film preparation process comprises the following steps: carrying out surface modification treatment on a polyester film, preparing a polyester film surface coating liquid, and carrying out on-line coating on the polyester film. In the step of polyester film surface modification treatment, a polyester film surface modification treatment process is improved, under an ultraviolet radiation initialization function, the surface of the polyester film is subjected to grafting polymerization with acrylamide, then the surface roughness and the content of polar groups of the polyester film can be increased, and an intense sucking action force can be achieved between the surface of the polyester film and a coating layer. The polyester film surface coating liquid is prepared, a waterborne polyurethane resin is adopted as a main component, and under combined actions of an aqueous cross-linking agent, an anti-sticking agent and a defoaming agent, the coating liquid is high in coating property and filming property. After the surface of the polyester film is coated, the surface tension maintenance capability can be improved, meanwhile, high transparency can be maintained, and the adhesion property of the polyester film with an aluminum coated layer can be also remarkably improved.
