The process comprises the following steps: raw ores with the particle size of 0-12 mm, the molybdenum grade of 0.1% and thecopper grade of 0.015% are fed in first-section closed circuit ore grinding classification operation consisting of a first-section ball mill and a hydrocyclone; overflowing currents of the first-section ore grinding hydrocyclone are fed in first-section molybdenum and copper mixing direct flotation operation consisting of flotation operation flows of one quickening, one roughing, one finishing and two scavenging to obtain first-section floatation concentrates; the first-section flotation concentrates are fed in second-section closed circuit ore grinding classification operation; overflowing currents of the second-section ore grinding hydrocyclone are fed in molybdenum and copper separation flotation operation consisting of separation flotation, continuous four times of finish floatation operations of molybdenum and copper flotation to obtain final molybdenum concentrates with the molybdenum grade of 54%, the molybdenum recovery rate of 85%, the copper grade of 0.09% and the yield of 0.156%; and separated underflow tailings are fed in copper flotation operation flows consisting of one roughing, three times of finishing and twice scavenging to obtain final copper concentrates with the copper grade of 18.2%, the copper recovery rate of 42% and the yield of 0.038%.
