Abstract

The invention discloses oil peony planting seedling nutrient soil and a preparation method thereof. The nutrient soil is prepared from corn straw,corncob,plant ash,brewer's grains,animal dung,garden soil,river sand,modified zeolite powder,modified gelatin,kieselguhr and an EM microbial agent. The method particularly comprises the following steps that 1,the corn straw is crushed and then mixed withthe corncob,the plant ash,the brewer's grains and the animal dung,and a mixture is obtained; 2,the mixture is put into a sealed pot for composting fermentation; 3,compost is moved into the fermentation tank to be fermented; 4,the garden soil,the river sand,the modified zeolite powder,the modified gelatin and the kieselguhr are mixed and then added in a fermentation material,drying and granulatingare conducted,and the nutrient soil can be obtained. According to the prepared nutrient soil,nutrient elements are matched reasonably,the nutritional ingredients needed in the oil peony seedling stage can be met,very good water retention and hydrophobicity,air permeability and bactericidal activity are achieved,the phenomenon that oil peony root systems suffer from bacteria can be effectively controlled,the morbidity rate of pest and disease damage can be lowered,and the survival rate of the seedlings can be increased.
