Embodiment 1

[0066] This example provides a non-targeted analysis method for organic pollutants in sediments based on a statistical strategy, and analyzes and detects organic pollutants in Taihu Lake sediments collected in 2011 and 2017.

[0067] Firstly, the Taihu Lake sediment samples were pretreated to obtain the target detection solution. The pretreatment included the following steps:

[0068] 1) The sediment sample was first frozen at -80°C for 24 hours, and then freeze-dried in a vacuum freeze dryer; the freeze-dried sediment sample was ground and sieved.

[0069] 2) Use the accelerated solvent extraction method to extract the organic pollutants in the sediment sample to obtain the organic pollutant extract. The specific operation is: take 10g of the sediment sample that has been freeze-dried, ground and sieved, and add it to a 34mL ASE extraction pool In, add 2g florisil, mix the florisil and the sediment sample, and use accelerated solvent extractor to extract.

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-targeting analysis method for organic pollutants in sediment based on a statistical strategy and belongs to the technical field of environmental analytical chemistry. Themethod comprises the following steps: a) carrying out analysis and detection on a target solution subjected to sediment treatment; b), dividing the sediment into two different groups; screening a characteristic response peak of significant difference between different groups of the sediment by utilizing a statistical analysis method; then carrying out structure identification. Firstly, a first-grade response peak is extracted and the response peak of the significant difference between the different groups is screened by utilizing non-parametric test of an independent sample; then a molecularformula of the response peak is calculated; a possible structural formula is searched through a database. Finally, fragment analog computation is carried out on the possible structural formula; when all fragments are matched with a second-grade mass spectrogram, the possible structural formula is used as a candidate structural formula. According to the method disclosed by the invention, substanceswith concentration difference between sediment samples of different ages or regions can be rapidly and effectively analyzed under the condition that a lot of unknown samples exist, and the method iseasy to popularize.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental analytical chemistry, and in particular relates to a statistical strategy-based non-target analysis method for organic pollutants in sediments. Background technique [0002] The rapid development of China's economy in the past 30 years has led to the production and use of a large number of chemicals, which has also increased environmental pressure. Many chemicals have entered the environmental water body and gradually deposited in the bottom sediments over time. Considered as a "sink" of environmental pollutants, analysis of sediments of different ages can reflect the state of environmental pollution at that time. [0003] At present, with the development of chemical analysis technology, especially the rapid progress of high-resolution mass spectrometry, gas phase, liquid chromatography tandem high-resolution mass spectrometry technology has been widely used in the screening analysis of orga...
