The invention discloses a method for preparing a lotus corniculatus feed through microorganism fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of (1) adding a nutritive salt solution to crushedlotus corniculatus according to the material-liquid ratio of 1-5ml/g, performing sterilization under the sealed condition, and then performing cooling to room temperature so as to obtain raw materialliquid; (2) according to the inoculum concentration that every 100g of the lotus corniculatus is inoculated with 4-16ml of bacterial liquid, adding aspergillus oryzae liquid of which the spore concentration is 10<6>-10<7>/mL to the raw material liquid, performing placing in a constant-temperature shaking culture box of 26-32 DEG C, and performing fermentation and culturing for 3-10 days; and (3)sterilizing fermentation products obtained in the step (2), then adding water, performing water extraction at 95+/-10 DEG C for 1+/-0.5h, wherein the material-liquid ratio of the lotus corniculatus tothe water is 1g to (8-12)ml, performing solid-liquid separation on substances obtained through water extraction, and drying residues so as to obtain the lotus corniculatus feed.
