Problems solved by technology

Special aquatic feed not only requires high nutrition, but also needs to have good viscoelasticity, that is, the affinity between protein raw materials and a-starch; excessive hydrolysis will cause some oligopeptides to be completely hydrolyzed into free amino acids, which will affect the processing performance of the hydrolyzate; insufficient hydrolysis , resulting in lower feed digestibility; insufficient or excessive hydrolysis cannot meet the needs of special aquatic feed

Embodiment 1

[0017] Embodiment 1: (alkaline protease and flavor protease)

[0018] (1) Take 1 kg of defatted soybean meal, add 10 L of water to homogenate, and extract at 90 °C for 30 min.

[0019] (2) Adjust the pH of the homogenate in step 1 to 8.0 with 1 mol / L sodium hydroxide, and adjust the temperature of the system to 60°C.

[0020] (3) According to the enzyme activity ratio (alkaline protease: flavor protease) 2:1, the ratio of enzyme to substrate is 3000 U / g, add the mixture of alkaline protease and flavor protease.

[0021] (4) Heat preservation and hydrolysis at 60°C for 7.5 hours.

[0022] (5) Inactivate the enzyme at 90 °C for 10 min, then dry the solution at 70 °C.

[0023] (6) Grind the dried samples into powder by using a cyclone mill to obtain the finished product.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Embodiment 2: (papain and flavor protease)

[0025] (1) Take 1 kg of defatted soybean meal, add 10 L of water to homogenate, and extract at 90 °C for 30 min.

[0026] (2) Adjust the pH of the homogenate in step 1 to 7.0 with 1 mol / L sodium hydroxide, and adjust the temperature of the system to 45°C.

[0027] (3) According to the enzyme activity ratio (papain: flavor protease) 1:1, the enzyme-to-substrate ratio is 4000 U / g, add the mixture of papain and flavor protease.

[0028] (4) Heat preservation and hydrolysis at 45°C for 9 h.

[0029] (5) Inactivate the enzyme at 90 °C for 10 min, then dry the solution at 70 °C.

[0030] (6) Grind the dried samples into powder by using a cyclone mill to obtain the finished product.

[0031] Product processing quality inspection

[0032] Two kinds of oligopeptide soybean meal products were made, and their viscoelasticity was evaluated and the dissolution rate was determined.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of oligopeptide bean pulp used for an aquatic feed. The preparation method of the oligopeptide bean pulp used for the aquatic feed comprises the following steps of: smashing bean pulp; adding water, and homogenizing; carrying out heating pretreatment; regulating the temperate and pH value of a system; adding proteases for enzymolysis at constant temperature; controlling a hydrolyzing process; heating for enzyme deactivation; centrifugalizing, drying, and smashing so as to obtain the oligopeptide bean pulp used for the aquatic feed. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can effectively remove or passivate antinutritional factors contained in the oligopeptide bean pulp; the prepared oligopeptide bean pulp with the molecular weight of 180-2000 Da achieves oligopeptide content higher than 30%, has good viscoelasticity and can meet the requirement for processing of the aquatic feed; and the oligopeptide bean pulp produced by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is not only suitable for aquatic animal feeds, but also used for livestock and poultry feeds in large quantities, thereby reducing the production cost and enhancing the economic benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of feed preparation, and in particular relates to a method for preparing oligopeptide soybean meal for aquatic feed. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the aquaculture industry, the supply of animal feed protein such as fishmeal is becoming increasingly tense, and the development of new protein resources has become a major problem to be solved in the feed industry. The use of biocatalytic technology to convert soybean meal protein into high-value proteins such as polypeptides and oligopeptides has become a hot research topic today. At present, a large number of scholars at home and abroad have studied the removal or passivation of anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal through bacterial hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis and other biochemical technologies to improve the feeding quality of soybean meal. However, the products prepared by it mainly focus on the biological functionality of the en...
