Based on the prior art and through a large amount of experimental researches, a PADs inhibitor CL-amidine and docetaxel are subjected to drug combination, and thus the effect of synergistic interaction can be achieved. The drug composition obviously inhibits cell proliferation and cell cycle of tamoxifen drug-resistant breast cancer cells, and improves the apoptosis rate of the tumor cells. The using amountof docetaxel is reduced, the drug efficacy is enhanced, the drug toxic and side effects are reduced, and accordingly the effect of treating the tamoxifen drug-resistant breast cancer can be better achieved.
