Abstract

The invention discloses a lateral flowimmunoassay (LFIA) and time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFI) detection and copeptin (CPP) kit construction process. The kit comprises a test paper card, whereina sample pad, a combination pad, a nitrocellulose film and a water adsorbing pad are sequentially adhered to a bottom plate, and then a housing is added to form the test paper card; rare earth elementfluorescent microspheres are adsorbed to the combination pad to mark an anti-CPP antibody; a CPP antibody (detection line) and an anti-IgG antibody (quality control line) are sprayed to the nitrocellulose film; the diameter of the rare earth element fluorescent microspheres is 100-500nm, and the rare earth element fluorescent microspheres are capable of transmitting fluorescence being 615nm in wavelength under the effect of exciting light being 420nm in wavelength; and the fluorescence strength is detected through a supporting TRFIA analyzing instrument. The kit has the advantages of being simple and convenient to operate, fast to act, high in sensitivity, and high in specificity; the kit is used for detecting CPP concentration of blood or liquid samples and early determining cerebrovascular embolism.
