Problems solved by technology
However, Fe(AA)3 and DBTDL have the problem that the curing rate is too fast and the curing time is difficult to control. As a curing catalyst widely used at present, TPB has the disadvantage of high curing temperature.

Abstract
The invention discloses a high strength polyurethane material comprising the following components in parts by weight: 78 parts of an inert solid filler, 16 parts of a binder, 0.05-0.1 part of a room temperature curing catalyst and 6.0 parts of a plasticizer, wherein the inert solid filler is composed of coal ash, quartz sand and calcium carbonate, and the binder is composed of hydroxyl-terminatedpolybutadiene, toluene diisocyanate, an anti-aging agent H and phosphorus trioxide. An organic bismuth type room temperature curing catalyst is adopted, the curing temperature of the polyurethane material can be reduced with less amount of addition, the polyurethane material is cured at room temperature, and the investment in a curing workshop is reduced; the temperature in the process of manufacturing the polyurethane material can also be reduced, the energy consumption of a temperature circulation system is reduced and the cost is saved; the mechanical properties of the obtained high-strength polyurethane material are better than those of a real drug formula. The formula material and the production process are cheap, the dual effects of room temperature curing and high strength can be achieved, and the polyurethane material is suitable for solid rocket engines, especially heavy carrier rocket inert charges.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of composite material manufacturing, and in particular relates to a high-strength polyurethane material used for inert charges of solid rocket motors. Background technique [0002] The continuous development of civil aerospace markets such as commercial satellites and space tourism has put forward new requirements for solid rocket motors, and heavy-duty launch vehicles have emerged as the times require. During the development of solid rocket motors, in order to reduce the risk of testing, it is necessary to replace real propellants with non-combustible inert propellants. Domestic composite solid propellants generally use hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) as a binder, and cross-link with isocyanate curing agents at high temperatures (50°C to 70°C) to form polyurethane, and add inert fillers at the same time to form a composite solid propellant. An inert, composite polyurethane material, widely used in...
