Problems solved by technology

Most data post-processing uses the processing software that comes with the MRI scanner, but the general model is relatively simple. If there is a method to treat all peaks with a chemical shift greater than 3.6ppm as water peaks, the fat content obtained is often smaller than the actual result.
Third-party software such as jMRUI can also be used for processing, and ideal results can be obtained by setting complex post-processing models and correction methods, but the steps are cumbersome and require a lot of time. The controlling factors are more significant

Embodiment

[0040] This example is the liver data of an overweight volunteer.

[0041] Step 1: Using fast T2 correction multi-echo spectrum acquisition sequence to acquire spectrum data with different echo times;

[0042] What this embodiment collects is human liver data, and the data collection is completed on a 3T magnetic resonance imager (Siemens MAGNETOM Prisma), and a body coil is used as a signal receiving coil. Spectrum data acquisition adopts fast T2 corrected multi-echo spectrum acquisition sequence (HISTO), and the scanning parameters are as follows: TR=3000ms, TM=10ms, TE=12, 24, 36, 48 and 72ms, average times=1, bandwidth=1200Hz, Sampling points = 1024, VOI size is 30*30*30mm 3 . With T 1 Weighted scout images, positioning the voxel of interest in the right lobe of the liver ( figure 2 ), avoid the subcutaneous fat at the edge of the liver and the large biliary tract and blood vessel structures during positioning, and no spatial pre-saturation zone is set. The spectrum ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic resonance spectrum full-automatic post-processing method for quantifying a fat content, and the method comprises the steps: 1), collecting and obtaining the spectrumdata at different echo moments through a rapid T2 correction multi-echo spectrum collection sequence; 2), carrying out the spectral line fitting of each piece of read echo spectrum, and solving the water peak and fat peak areas at each echo moment; 3), carrying out the T2 fitting of the water peak and fat peak areas at multiple echo moments to obtain the signal values of water and fat when the echo moment is zero; 4), calculating a final PDFF (proton density fat fraction). The method gives consideration to the factors which may cause the distortion of a spectral line, achieves the calibrationof spectral lines, and eliminates the impact on a result from human control factors. The method firstly employs a voigt line format which is much closer to the actual scanning spectrum, and the fitting value is more precise. The method is simple in operation, and is more applicable to the clinical detection of the fat content.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic resonance spectroscopy, in particular to a fully automatic post-processing method of magnetic resonance spectroscopy for quantifying fat. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and changes in diet structure, the incidence of fatty lesions has shown an obvious upward trend. Fatty lesions can occur in any possible tissue in the body and are characterized by excessive accumulation or loss of fat. For example, in bone marrow-infiltrating disease, fat is lost in a diffuse, diffuse, or isolated manner; in liver diseases such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, fat is often excessively accumulated. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can make the above diseases related to fat accumulation or loss return to normal. Therefore, the quantitative diagnosis of fat through non-invasive methods is of great significance in clinical work. [0003] Biopsy is the...
