Problems solved by technology

The comprehensive radiation absorption coefficient coefficient of the material surface based on the structural field temperature test and theoretical regression reflects the real service state of the material, but it is difficult to exclude other influencing factors, and the external climate and environmental parameters are too regional and time-varying to be accurately calculated. It is difficult to guarantee the reliability and universality of the material surface comprehensive radiation absorption coefficient based on the measured data regression

Abstract

The invention discloses a system for measuring the comprehensive radiation absorption coefficient of the surface of a building material. The system comprises a thermal insulation box, a solar total radiation sensor, an anemometer, a small automatic weather station, a thermocouple temperature sensor, an air temperature sensor, a water temperature sensor and a building materials test piece. The building material test piece and the thermal insulation box form a closed box, and the water temperature sensor is arranged in the box; the thermocouple temperature sensor is arranged on the surface of the building material test piece; the air temperature sensor is arranged in a test environment; the solar total radiation sensor and the anemometer are arranged nearby the building material test piece;the total solar radiation sensor is used for detecting the total solar radiation quantity; the anemometer is used for detecting the speed of wind flowing through the outer surface of the building material test piece; and the small automatic weather station is used for collecting and storing data in real time. The comprehensive radiation absorption coefficient is directly measured in a natural environment in order to well simulate the radiant heat behavior of an actual engineering structure material in a service environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a measurement system and method for comprehensive radiation absorption coefficients on the surface of building materials. Background technique [0002] Civil engineering infrastructure is exposed to the external natural environment and is affected by the external climate, resulting in changes in the temperature of the structure. Thermal expansion and contraction of materials cause mechanical responses of the structure, such as changes in displacement, stress, strain, and support reaction. For some temperature-sensitive buildings, such as bridges and long-span space structures, the mechanical response caused by temperature loads can reach or even exceed the structural response caused by external operating loads, which is the main reason for structural damage, disease and performance degradation. To analyze the temperature effect of components, it is first necessary to accurately ...
