Abstract

A culture method of tilapia fries based on a closed culture container is disclosed. The culture method adopts a closed culture container. The culture method comprises: (1) configuring a culture feed according to the weight part ratio of formula components of culture feed; (2) periodically and continuously feeding water into the container through an annular branch pipe, and spraying the water to the water surface by inclined downward water outlet pipes which are uniformly distributed on the side of the annular branch pipe; adjusting the water level in the container by a water level control device, and subjecting the water body to micropore aeration by using air stones and nanometer air pipes; (3) timely carrying feeding and touch feeding by a flat hang bait tray and setting the stocking density; (4) regularly discharging waste water and residue, disinfecting water and regulating pH value of water until a batch of tilapia is cultured.
