Abstract

The invention discloses a production device capable of automatically cutting a precious metal standard sample. The device comprises a base and a servo computer, wherein a straightening barrel, a transmission roller shaft, a driving roller shaft assembly, two sizing guide rails, a CCD measuring instrument, a bearing platform, an L-shaped frame, a transverse polish rod of the L-shaped frame, and a transmission mechanism are sequentially mounted on the base; and a collecting groove is formed in the base at the rear side of the transmission mechanism. The production method comprises the followingsteps: (1) fixing manufactured precious metal wires to the device; (2) setting precious metal wire scrap calibration weight or size parameters for production as the requirement of the servo computer;(3) starting the device to cut; removing the cutting scraps of the first wire section; and then entering automatic cutting production; and (4) collecting the cut standard precious metal wire craps through the collecting groove. According to the device and the method, the limitation that precious metal products with small weight ranging from 0.001-0.5g cannot be massively standardly processed withlow cost is broken through technological innovation.
