Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of environment-friendly rubber. According to the production process, vanadium acetylacetonate and AlEt2Cl are used as a catalyst, dichlorodiethyl malonateis used as an activator, HNB or DCPD is used as a third monomer, and diethyl zinc and hydrogen are used as a molecular weight regulator. Depending on different product brands, ethylene, propylene, thethird monomer and the catalyst are added into a jacketed polymerization vessel with a multi-blade stirrer. The reaction conditions are as follows: temperature range is -20 to 20 DEG C, and pressure is 0.35-1.05 MPa. The heat of reaction is removed by evaporation of a monomer of the reaction phase. The mass fraction of a suspended polymer in the reaction phase is controlled to be 30% to 35%, and the entire polymerization reaction is carried out under a high degree of automatic control, and the generated polymer propylene slurry is intermittently (10-15 times / h) sent into a scrubber. The catalyst is deactivated by the use of polypropylene glycol and then washed with an aqueous solution of NaOH. The suspension is sent to a stripping tower for stripping, and the unreacted ethylene, propyleneand ENB are respectively refined through a recovery system and recycled. The rubber-slurry is dehydrated through a vibrating screen, squeezed and dried, pressed and packaged to obtain the finished rubber.
