The method includes pre-processing the surface of iron-based alloy, preparing a diffusion layer comprising Fe(M)3C phase or Fe(M)3N(C) phase on the surface of the iron-based alloy, and finally performing plasma bombardment on the surface of the iron-based alloy comprising the Fe(M)3C phase or Fe(M)3N(C) phase in a plasma carburizing furnace.
