Problems solved by technology

In order to control this disease, veterinary clinics have used a large number of antibiotics and chemical drugs for a long time, resulting in the emergence of drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms, serious drug residues, imbalance of intestinal flora in piglets, and low curative effect. Therefore, it is imminent to develop safe and effective new drugs

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a sulfated Polygonum ciliinerve polysaccharide product with effect of preventing piglet diarrhea. According to the invention, a chlorosulfonic acid-pyridine method is adopted to conduct sulfating modification on polysaccharide from Polygonum ciliinerve (PCP), an optimal reaction condition is screened out through an orthogonal test, and the optimal reaction condition comprises that the ratio of chlorosulfonic acid to pyridine is 1:8, the reaction temperature is 95 DEG C and the reaction time is 1 h. The obtained product is high in substitution degree and activity. A CCK 8 method is combined with RT-PCR detection to confirm that the sulfated polysaccharide from Polygonum ciliinerve (sPCP) can effectively inhibit replication and proliferation ofporcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), and inhibit Escherichia coli and Shigella, and can improve immune function with an effect significantly better than that of polysaccharide from Polygonum ciliinerve. An optimal drug delivery mode and dosage are screened out. The prepared sulfated Polygonum ciliinerve polysaccharide product can improve the antiviral and immunopotentiating activity of polysaccharide from Polygonum ciliinerve.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of structural transformation of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides, and relates to a method for sulfated modification of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides, in particular to a sulfated cinnabar heptapolysaccharide product with the effect of preventing and treating diarrhea in piglets and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Piglet diarrhea is a typical multifactorial infectious disease. The main causes are viral, bacterial and other. It is mainly characterized by diarrhea and high mortality in suckling piglets. It occurs all over the world. To the farmer Cause huge economic losses, seriously threaten the healthy development of pig industry. Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus is one of the important pathogens causing diarrhea in piglets. In order to control this disease, veterinary clinics have used a large number of antibiotics and chemical drugs for a long time...
