Abstract

The battery includes a lithium ion solid electrolyte sheet, a cathode plate, a cathode case, a lithium sheet, an anode case, an electrolyte LiPF6, filter paper, a stainless steel sheet and an elastic piece. The preparation method includes: a) according to stoichiometric ratio, weighing raw materials; b) mixing and ball-milling the raw materials, Li2CO3, SrCO3, ZrO2 and Nb2O5, drying a wet mixture and grinding the mixture finely; c) placing the fine dried material in an alumina crucible and placing the crucible in a chamber electric furnace; d) heating the material to 1100 DEG C and maintaining the temperature for 10 h for calcining the material, wherein the carbonates are completely decomposed, then cooling the material; e) grinding and tabletting the material to obtain a lithium ion solid electrolyte sheet diaphragm sample; f) performing a solid phase synthesis reaction and cooling the product to prepare the lithium ion solid electrolyte sheet; g) preparing the cathode plate, and assembling and packaging the battery to obtain the final product.
