A production system comprises a material stock bin, a polystyrene granule, a row material stock bin, a steam pipe, a blender, an assembling die, an puffing unit, a die lathe, alight rail, a lifting skip, an electronic scale, a batcher, a additive stock bin, a water ump, a feeding lathe. The production method of the chimney ash foam wallboard is characterized in that the materials of each stock bin are in the feeding lathe operated by a worker, measured by the batcher, added in the lifting skip, and adds in the blender. The polystyrene granule is added in the batcher, the water is added by the water pump, the additive is added by the worker to form the dry blend.
