The use method comprises the steps as follows: cleaning the scalp, evenly applying the weekly spraying liquid to a corresponding action part, cleaning the scalp the next night after the use of the weekly spraying liquid, and evenly applying the night spraying liquid to the action part; evenly applying the daytime spraying liquid to the action part in the morning of the third day, cleaning the daytime spraying liquid at the same night, then spraying the night spraying liquid and applying evenly, and repeating the steps after cycle use for one week.
