Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic production line and process for PET plastic bottle preforms. The automatic production line for the PET plastic bottle preforms comprises a raw material hopper, a drying machine, an injection molding machine, a preform sorting machine, an automatic inspection machine and a preform hopper which are sequentially arranged. A transferring device between the preformsorting machine and the automatic inspection machine is a bottle preform conveying device. The automatic inspection machine is composed of a first detection unit, a second detection unit, a removal unit and a controller used for controlling the first detection unit, the second detection unit and the removal unit. The production process for the PET plastic bottle preforms comprises the following steps of S1, material preparation; S2, formation; S3, sorting; S4, automatic inspection; and S5, boxing and treatment.
