Abstract

Absolute ethyl alcohol, PVP, samarium nitrate, pure water and manganese acetate which are weighed according to a first preset ratio are sequentially placed in a first beaker; according to preset time, the substances in the first beaker are stirred to obtain a precursor solution; a firstelectrode and a plastic injector loaded with the precursor solution are used for generating initial fibers, and the initial fibers are sprayed onto aluminum paper; the aluminum paper which collects the initial fibers is dried according to preset temperature to generate fiber film; the fiber film which is peeled off the aluminium paper is baked to generate SmMn2O5 fibers; the SmMn2O5 fibers, conductive carbon, a nafion solution and absolute ethyl alcohol are used for preparing dispersion liquid; the dispersion liquid is used for preparing catalytic film on a second electrode to obtain an electrode which contains a catalytic material mullite fibers. Therefore, the electrode in which the SmMn2O5 fibers are used as the catalytic material can be produced, the SmMn2O5 fibers are low in preparation cost, good in corrosion resistance and high in stability, the cost of fuel cells can be reduced, and the practicability is improved.
