Abstract

The invention provides high-adhesion waterborne polyurethane finishing paint which is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, and the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 4:1. The component A comprises, by weight, 15-25 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 12-25 parts of saturated polyester resin, 4-20 parts of pigments, 3-20 parts of styrene and 14-25 parts ofbutyl acetate. The component B comprises, by weight, 5-15 parts of ethyl orthosilicate and 30-45 parts of water. According to a novel formula, the waterborne acrylic resin and the polyester resin serve as a formula of a composite primer, a paint film has high hardness and fullness, high ultraviolet ray resistance and good acid resistance and alkali resistance, and the adhesion among the finishingpaint and various primers is good. Water serves as a diluting agent, organic solvents are less, and the finishing paint is green, environmentally friendly, less in VOC (volatile organic compound) emission and better in use effect.
