Abstract

The system comprises a pretreatment unit, a gas separation unit and a pure-gas recovery unit which are connectedin series; the upstream end part of the pretreatment unit is provided with a recovery opening used for connecting with a switch air chamber; and the gas separation unit comprises a primary membrane separator connected with the downstream end part of the pretreatment unit, the downstream of the primary membrane separator is connected with a first secondary membrane separator and a second secondarymembrane separator in parallel, and the first secondary membrane separator is connected with a nitrogen outlet of the primary membrane separator, the second secondary membrane separator is connectedwith a sulphur hexafluoride outlet of the primary membrane separator, the nitrogen outlet of the first secondary membrane separator is vented, the sulphur hexafluoride outlet is connected with the pretreatment unit through a reflux pipeline, the nitrogen outlet of the second secondary membrane separator is connected with the pretreatment unit through a reflux pipeline, and the sulfur hexafluorideoutlet is connected with the downstream pure-gas recovery unit. According to the system provided by the invention, the two secondary membrane separators are separately used for especially separating anitrogen gas and sulfur hexafluoride, and therefore the separation effect is improved.
