The field overhaul method solves the problems such as long outage time, high transport risk and high cost which are caused by overhauling the sulphur hexafluoride switch in a manufacture factory.

Sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent recovery treatment system and method based on ultrasonic cavitation effect

The invention provides a sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent recovery treatment system based on ultrasonic cavitation effect, and the sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent recovery treatment system comprises a reaction box and a feeding unit. The reaction box comprises a reaction chamber I and a reaction chamber II positioned directly below the reaction chamber I. A partition plate I for isolating the reactionchamber I and the reaction chamber II is arranged between the reaction chamber I and the reaction chamber II. The feeding unit is communicated with the reaction chamber I and is used for feeding a sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent to be cleaned into the reaction chamber I. A liquid inlet is arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the reaction chamber I. The reaction chamber I is also provided with a closable opening for taking out the cleaned sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent. According to the invention, the sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent is efficiently cleaned by utilizing the ultrasonic cavitation effect, and a cleaned waste liquid is subjected to harmless treatment by utilizing the ultrasonic cavitation effect, so that a discharged waste liquid completely meets the discharge standard, andthe sulfur hexafluoride adsorbent is automatically cleaned. The cleaning efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, the cost is low, and the environment is protected.

Laser machining using an active assist gas

A silicon workpiece 5 is machined by a laser 2 with a laser beam 4 with a wavelength of less than 0.55 microns by providing a halogen environment for the silicon workpiece to form an active assist gas for laser machining. The laser beam is focussed onto the silicon workpiece at a power density above an ablation threshold of silicon so that the assist gas reacts with the silicon workpiece at or near a focus of the laser beam such that laser machining speed is increased and strength of the machined workpiece is increased due to an improvement in machining quality. The invention has particular application in the dicing of a silicon wafer in the presence of sulphur hexafluoride (SF6), resulting in increased strength of resultant dies.

The invention relates to the technical field of steel cylinder storage, and discloses a sulfur hexafluoride storage steel cylinder storage system. The system comprises a carrying device used for transporting steel cylinders to a weighing platform, and the carrying device comprises a box body for inserting the steel cylinders, a trolley which is supported below the box body and is used for bearing the box body, and a clamping mechanism which is arranged at a box opening of the box body and is used for fixing the steel cylinders. The clamping mechanism comprises two top covers and an overturning assembly, and the two top covers are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the box body in parallel. Before warehousing, the trolleyis inserted into the box body at the top of the trolley of the carrying device and is matched with the clamping mechanism at the box opening to further fix the steel cylinders, so that the steel cylinders are prevented from rolling or toppling over in the transportation process, the steel cylinders are prevented from being damaged, the warehousing safety is guaranteed, and the subsequent steel cylinder warehousing process is prevented from being influenced.
