Problems solved by technology

[0002] Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is a commonly used welding method for ferrous metals at present. It has many advantages such as low welding cost, high efficiency, easy operation, high weld crack resistance, and small post-weld deformation; but compared with MIG welding , there is also the defect of more splashing
The existing water-based welding anti-splash agent forms an anti-splash film on the surface of the welded part of poor quality and is not easy to peel off, often leaving residues on the surface of the welded part

Embodiment 1

[0033] The present embodiment discloses a method for preparing an anti-splash film on the surface of a welded part, comprising the following steps:

[0034] Step S01, preparing an anti-splash mixed solution; specifically including:

[0035] Step S001, weigh 10 parts of polyester acrylic resin and 5 parts of butyl rubber by mass ratio and add them to a blending kettle with a stirring device, seal the blending kettle, vacuumize the pressure less than -0.05Mpa, and stir at 80-100 °C 10-20min;

[0036] Step S002, add 10 parts of olefin polymer and 5 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin into the blending kettle, seal the blending kettle, vacuumize the pressure less than -0.05Mpa, stir for 20min, and then cool to room temperature to obtain a splash-proof mixed solution. The olefin polymer in step S002 is two or more olefin copolymers of ethylene, propylene or butene.

[0037] In this step, polyester acrylic resin and butyl rubber are used for compounding, supplemented by olefin p...

Embodiment 2

[0053] The present embodiment discloses a method for preparing an anti-splash film on the surface of a welded part, comprising the following steps:

[0054] Step S01, preparing an anti-splash mixed solution; specifically including:

[0055] Step S001, weigh 30 parts of polyester acrylic resin and 15 parts of butyl rubber by mass ratio and add them to a blending kettle with a stirring device, seal the blending kettle, vacuumize the pressure less than -0.05Mpa, and stir at 100 ° C for 20min;

[0056] Step S002, adding 15 parts of olefin polymer and 10 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin into the blending kettle, sealing the blending kettle, vacuuming pressure less than -0.05Mpa, stirring for 20min, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a splash-proof mixed solution. The olefin polymer in step S002 is two or more olefin copolymers of ethylene, propylene or butene.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing an anti-splashing film on the surface of a welded member. The method comprises: preparing an anti-splashing mixing solution; cleaning floating dust impurities on the surface of a welded member, and maintaining a drying state; heating the surface of the welded member, coating the surface of the welded member with an isolation solution, and forming an isolation layer after the isolation solution is dried; carrying out corrugation treatment on the isolation layer; coating the surface of the isolation layer with the anti-splashing mixing solution, andforming an anti-splashing film after the mixing solution is dried; and carrying out ultraviolet lamp irradiation on the anti-splashing film. According to the present invention, the formed anti-splashing film has advantages of rapid film forming, good quality, less residue regeneration during peeling, high viscosity and easy peeling off, cannot damage the surface of welded members part, and can effectively avoid the broken residue generated during welding and improve the welding quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of welding materials, in particular, the present invention relates to a method for preparing an anti-splash film on the surface of a welded part. Background technique [0002] Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is a commonly used welding method for ferrous metals. It has many advantages such as low welding cost, high efficiency, easy operation, high weld crack resistance, and small deformation after welding; but compared with MIG welding , there are also more splash defects. [0003] Excessive welding spatter not only reduces the welding efficiency, but also affects the appearance quality of the weldment. Therefore, in practical production applications, people often use welding anti-spatter agents, which make the slag produced by welding easy to clean and reduce the amount of shovel and grinding after welding. The process improves the appearance quality of the welded parts. The anti-splash film fo...
