Embodiment Construction

[0013] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0014] The polysaccharides used in the following application tests were obtained through the following steps: 960g of the dried crabapple flowers were heated and refluxed with 2L petroleum ether for 3 times (each heating and reflux time was 2h); Soak in % ethanol 3 times (24h each time). After soaking, remove the residue and add 25L of distilled water, decoct 3 times for 3 hours each time, filter after decoction, combine the filtrate and add 95% ethanol to a final concentration of about 80%. Stand still for 24 hours, take the precipitate, rinse with absolute ethanol, acetone, and petroleum ether three times respectively, put it in a cool place until there is no smell of organic reagents, redissolve in distilled water, concentrate the reconstituted solution, and freeze-dry ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of hall crabapple flower polysaccharide in preparing an immunopotentiating drug. Cyclophosphamide is used to establish a low immunity model of a mouse to determine a spleen index, a thymus index, carbon granule clearance ability, the blood serum hemolysin content, and spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability of mice, the content of LDH (lactate dehydrogenase)and the content of ACP (acid phosphatase) in mouse blood serum and a spleen tissue, the content and mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) expression of cell factors (IL (interleukin)-2, IL-6, TNF (tumor necrosis factor)-alpha and IFN (interferon)-gamma), oxidative indexes in the mouse blood serum and the spleen tissue and the like; and test results indicate that the hall crabapple flower polysaccharide can effectively improve immunosuppression and oxidative stress caused by cyclophosphamide and strengthen immunocompetence of the mice, so that the hall crabapple flower polysaccharide can strengthenmouse immunity and be used for preparing the immunopotentiating drug.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polysaccharide medicines, and in particular relates to the application of polysaccharides from Begonia flower polysaccharides in the preparation of immune-enhancing medicines. Background technique [0002] Malus halliana Koehne (Malus halliana Koehne) is a deciduous tree of the genus Malus in the Rosaceae family. It is also known as Malus halliana Koehne and is a unique plant in China. Distributed in Sichuan, Anhui, Shaanxi, Zhejiang, and Yunnan, it is mainly cultivated as an ornamental plant, with varieties such as double petals and white flowers. It is mild in taste, bitter, flat in nature, enters the liver meridian, has the effect of regulating menstruation and blood, and treats metrorrhagia mainly. Pharmacological studies have shown that Begonia flower has biological activities such as liver protection, anti-oxidation, α-glucosidase inhibition in vitro, and anticoagulation in vitro. For example, Chi...
