Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0016] A method for preparing a cucurbituril [7] thin film fluorescence sensor, comprising the steps of:

[0017] (1) Put the quartz glass piece in concentrated H 2 SO 4 and 30%H 2 o 2 The mixture (volume ratio 7:3) soaked in piranha etching solution for 72 hours to remove the organic matter on the surface; then put 2 mol·L –1 Soak in the NaOH solution for 6~8 hours to completely neutralize the acid on the surface, so that the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the quartz glass sheet are completely exposed; then take out the quartz glass sheet, rinse the surface with a large amount of distilled water until it is clean; then put the quartz glass sheet into 1 mol·L –1 Soak in 3-(trimethoxysilane)propyl methacrylate silane treatment agent aqueous solution for 12 h;

[0018] (2) Add 0.04 g (0.02 mmol) of allyloxycucurbituril [7] to 3 mL of N,N-dimethylformamide solution, and ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cucurbituril [7] thin film fluorescence sensor preparation method. The method mainly utilizes a photopolymerization method in chemical methods to bond the derived cucurbituril [7] and methyl methacrylate monomer onto the surface of methacrylic acid3-( trimethoxysilane) propyl ester silanized quartz glass through a polymerization process to obtain a cucurbituril [7] thin film fluorescence sensor. The method comprises three steps: to begin with, placing the quartz glass into piranha etching liquid to remove all of organic matters, then, placing the obtained quartz glassinto a NaOH concentrated solution for soaking to completely neutralize the acid on the surface so as to fully expose hydroxyl on the surface, rinsing the surface with distilled water until clean, andthen, carrying out silanization on the quartz glass; then, preparing a cucurbituril [7] thin film solution; and finally, contacting the quartz glass with the solution evenly, providing UV-irradiationto carry out photoinduced reaction, and carrying out cleaning to obtain the cucurbituril [7] thin film fluorescence sensor. The method has the advantages of being stable in performance and repeatedlyusable, not causing pollution to a system to be measured, and being simple and fast and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical sensors, in particular to a method for preparing a cucurbituril [7] thin film fluorescence sensor. Background technique [0002] Fluorescence sensors have the advantages of high selectivity, high sensitivity, rich signal acquisition and convenient use. They have been developed rapidly in recent years and have been widely used in different fields such as trace and microanalysis and biomolecular recognition. Fluorescence sensors are mainly divided into two categories, namely: homogeneous fluorescence sensors and thin film fluorescence sensors. Due to the inherent disadvantages of homogeneous fluorescence sensors, such as easy to pollute the system to be measured, can only be used once, and consume a large amount of reagents, its use is limited. Thin-film fluorescence sensors have the advantages of high stability, reusability, no pollution to the system to be measured, and easy deviceization. Research on the...
